Family knows good value
Staff was super friendly and helpful when we arrived late. Found the room clean and comfy with new bedding that really felt nice.
It wasn't exactly low-cost but still reasonable for what I got.

The staff's lack of assistance upon arrival was frustrating. No apology for providing the wrong room setup for three people. The overall experience was poorly managed and left me very disappointed.

Fresh food, pleasant hotel, marvellous location right in front of a bus stop. Fresh and particularly good breakfast with a lot of delicacies and attentive staff. Modern rooms with comfortable beds, CNN and bathroom.

A very pleasant stay with a warm welcome and good humoured staff who spoke excellent English. The parking was convenient and located at the front of the hotel. Although it was a 30-minute walk to the city, a taxi ride was affordable, costing less than 7 euros. My partner did mention a desire for a power socket next to the full-length mirror in the room, but overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Ibis Elche features modern, spacious rooms that are bright and comfortable. The location is superb, with a large bazaar right in front and a McDonald's conveniently behind. Parking was really convenient as well, with plenty of options available. The staff were helpful.
Dining options nearby were quite limited.
